Rockne's Top Ten (4 Games) - Season 141

Here's the initial Rockne's Top Ten for season 141. I changed the factors I used to come up with my initial rankings. It is far from perfect, but it is a starting off point. If you like the rankings, then vote. If you don't like the way the teams are ranked, then vote. If you want the Rockne Top Ten to continue, then vote. The stakes are being raised this season--will need at least two coaches to vote their top ten for the RTT to be publish for that day. I don't mind doing this RTT, but is is the Rockne Top Ten, not OMCS Top Ten. I'll now get off my soapbox and get to what you all are anxious to see...

#10 - North Dakota State - Beat #20 Kentucky Wesleyan and #27 East Stroudsburg. Coach zharkins is getting his team set in the D3 CMH's image. Once there, his team will be another team to beat if you want the title.

#9 - Valdosta State - Beat four first-year coaches. Will have toughest test to date tonight against Cheyney. Still playing off previous coach's juniors and seniors.

#8 - Humboldt State - One of the best roster from freshmen thru seniors. Handled Cheyney last night but doesn't look to be challenge again until the conference title game.

#7 - Long Island - Defending champs starts off the rankings here. Coach Bigpoppa85 will have a few challenges this season before the playoffs start. Tonight's game against the "smart dog" second favorite team, Hillsdale, should be interesting.

# 6 - Northern Michigan - Compelling game tonight against Texas A&M-Commerce. Has the top senior class to make a statement with a win tonight.

#5 - Saint Joseph's - Another team with an interesting game tonight when they face Edinboro. Coach Fla dave is still rebuilding his team after being away for eight seasons.

#4 - Winona State - My surprise team in the top 10. Didn't see them being there when I started compiling the rankings. New coach lsusaint had a top ten recruiting class to start his reign.

#3 - Southern Connecticut State - Started the season with two solid wins over Morehouse and Shepherd. Team will be tested during conference play.

#2 - North Alabama - Coach Fazbear05 has his team rolling right along this season after a great season last season ended with a disappointing 2nd round thud. Top ten classes and roster.

#1 - West Chester - Coach 2000champou has team picking up from last season's final four appearance. Ranked #3 in WIS. Class is ranked #3 overall. Brought in #4 freshmen class. Will this be the season the coach gets a title at WC.
