Game 13 of the Night

Previous GotN Prediction/Result: Northern Michigan 31 - Saginaw Valley St 28 / Northern Michigan 31 - Saginaw Valley St 17

Intro/comments/match-up: In a more competitive game than the score indicates, the second half started with both sides having scored 10 points in the first half. Northern Michigan started the second half with a hugh 67-yard run down to the 2-yard line. Saginaw Valley State's defense had a fantastic goal line stand resulting in Northern Michigan kicking a field goal to take the 13-10 lead. After Saginaw Valley threw an interception on their first play, their defense rise again and forced a punt. Later on in the quarter Northern Michigan was able to kick another field goal. Saginaw Valley drove down to their 20-yard line but missed their field goal attempt. The fourth quarter started with three straight touchdown drives ending with Northern Michigan ahead 31-17.

As what has become the Game of the Night season ending finale, we will be doing a brief review of all games that has the division title on the line. I hope you enjoyed theGotN series.
