Here's the initial Rockne's Top Ten. Yes new name since it is more than the "smart dog" deciding who makes the top ten. I expect there will be a lot of movement as games are played, more coaches submit their votes, and more time to dig into each team's qualifications.
#10 - Texas A&M-Commerce - One win against human. Defending champ will be tough to eliminate.
#9 - Shepherd - Two wins against humans. On cruise until the season finale.
#8 - Southern Connecticut - Two wins against humans. Long Island in five days.
#7 - Bloomsburg - Two wins against humans. Starting a four-game gauntlet against tough PSAC teams.
# 6 - North Alabama - Three wins against humans. Is the team priming itself for another deep playoff run?
#5 - Long Island - One win against a human. Team is continuing its roll from last season's runner-up finish.
#4 - Northern Michigan - One win against a human. So far no let up from its spthibodeau-coached days.
#2 (tied) - Central Oklahoma - Four wins against human including 37-13 over #9 Virginia State. Also made the "smart dog" look like its antithetical ego with his latest highly questionable pick.
