Smart Dog's Top Ten (9 Games)

This is the opportunity for coaches to determine who are the top ten teams currently in Rockne DII. The top ten will start each season following the five out-of-conference games and continue until the playoffs start. All you have to do is site mail your top ten teams to me by 8 PM CST. Each evening the votes will be computed and the updated top ten will be posted.

More coaches are needed to submit their votes. Would like to have a minimum of five. It would only take a couple of minutes to determine your rankings after you get it started.

#10 - West Chester - previously unranked - Won 51-3 over Kutztown. Fourth straight victories over human coaches. Probably battle for division title tonight against #10 Bloomsburg.

#9 - Western New Mexico - previously #9 (tied) - Won 73-0 over SIM. Easy weekend continues before tough games against Midwestern State and Colorado-Mines. Hunt for the division title will be fun to watch.

#8 - Winona State - previously #8 - Won 66-3 over SIM. Undefeated regular season is almost a sure thing.

#7 - Bloomsburg - previously #9 (tied) - Won 34-13 over SIM. West Chester is in town for the big game.

#5 (tied) - Long Island - previously #7 - Won 31-24 over #7 Southern Connecticut. Survived 21 point 4th quarter by SC. Coach Bigpoppa85 can put team on cruise until the conference championship game.

# 5 (tied) - Cheyney - previously #5 - Won 71-7 over #63 Lock Haven. Top one-loss team. On a collision path with #20 Missouri-Rolla to finish the season.

#4 - Texas A&M-Commerce - previously #4 - Won 77-0 over #61 Abilene Christian. Upcoming game with #21 Angelo State.

#3 - Virginia State - previously #3 - Won 75-0 over SIM. Unsure just how good the defending champions are this season.

#2 - Morehouse - previously #2 - Won 89-3 over SIM. Leaps back to #2. Interesting team. Looking forward to their games against #19 Saint Joseph's and #14 Lane.

#1 - Ferris State - previously #1 - Won 59-48 over #45 Findlay. One final test tonight against #17 Hillsdale before team can rest for the conference championship and or playoffs.
