Game 12 of the Night
In case no one caught it, my prediction of the final score and yardage was made for one OU fan from another. Although I expected West Chester to win, I figured the score would be a lot closer than predicted. With Bloomsburg's loss, the number of undefeated dropped to eight.
Looking thru tonight's choices, there were a few that were close to being chosen. They probably would have been chosen if those games were a few nights earlier. There are also a couple of 11-0 vs 0-11 match-ups between human coaches which I found interesting. I have seen one of the 0-11 coaches not do much in different worlds, but not sure about the other one.
Anyways, to tonight's game. We have another battle of unbeaten teams; this time from the great state of Texas and home of the Lone Star Conference. From Commerce, Texas, Texas A&M-Commerce is hosting the Rams from Angelo State.
TAMC is a favorite to win it all this season. Coach Akua29 is in his 8th season and has made it to the final four the last four seasons. Will this be the season? If so, it will be an interesting interview on the Rockne website. Team runs the I formation on offense and 3-4 on defense. TAMC has played a couple of decent teams this season, but hasn't been tested. Will Angelo State be able to make a game out of it tonight?
Coach Lsusaint is in his first season at the helm at ASU. Unlike some of the other teams with first year coaches, ASU has had several different human coaches over the past 20+ seasons. ASU runs the Pro-Set on offense and 4-3 on defense; although it looks like they are transitioning to the 3-4.
ASU looks to be improving with Coach Lsusaint, but right now TAMC is just too strong for almost any team in Rockne right now. ASU hangs around for a quarter or so, but TAMC pulls steadily away and wins 42-14.
